Basis of Sale

When you click on "Confirm Your Order" at the checkout, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.
If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order by clicking "Purchase". As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order.

Returns Policy

We hope you will love your DC Place purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by telephone or email of your intention to return the product. We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us.

Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.

DC Place do not give refunds on the following items:

• Items returned after 28 days.
• Damaged items, or unsatisfactory items, not notified by telephone or email to us within 7 days
• Bespoke cushions, curtains, or furniture.

Product Information

We do our very best to ensure that all items are as close to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products. Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct at the time of going to print. Prices include exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Christmas Deliveries

To ensure that your orders arrive in good time for Christmas, we must receive them no later than the following dates:

All Overseas orders (Including Heavy Goods orders to Highlands & Islands, i.e. all items marked ) - 23 November 2008

Heavy Goods orders to all other UK – 7th December 2008

Normal Parcel orders – 19th December 2008

Important

Cancellation notice: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.  

To contact us for this purpose please call +44 (0)20 7731 7291. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions in the "Guarantee" section (below).

Guarantee

We hope you will love your DC Place purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please ensure that it is packed and labeled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Errors

In the event a DC Place product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, DC Place shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. DC Place shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DC Place shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

General

No order is binding on you or DC Place until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the Goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
